A MERRY HEART DOETH GOOD LIKE A MEDICINE BUT A BROKEN SPIRIT DRIETH THE BONES.

Healthy at 100

My dear friends,

We often realize that health is the most important thing only when we become ill as we striving to regain and maintain it. When you suffer from all kinds of sickness and disease, you lose sight of happiness and cannot enjoy life because your pain and sufferings are surrounding you, often times making you feel depressed. I am here to help you to restore your health using natural ways.

Fabulous health is the reward of a combination of healthy choices.

"Good health is an orchestra, not an instrument." Fabulous health is the reward of an orchestra of healthy decisions. We all need a combination of pure water, whole food nutrition, proper amounts of sunlight, fresh air, regular exercise, moderation in work, time to relax, and a good night's sleep.

We must obey nature's laws which God provides for us.

If we obey natural laws, we will reap the benefits of improved health. If we do not, we will pay a painful price. Whether we realize it or not, every illness has an origin, and the cause always has something to do with disregard for natural laws. If we are sick, our challenge is to find that cause- which is not always easy- and to correct it, if possible, so that we can return to harmony with the laws of life.
Why are people so sick today despite recent advanced medical development? While diseases can be complicated, here are some clues that can help explain global woes: environmental toxicity, cigarette puffing, alcohol guzzling, caffeine cravings, drug use and abuse (illegal and prescription), soda pop, fast food, lazy living, loud music, overeating, overwork, stressful days, wild nights, tired bodies, and lack of sleep.

Drugs do not heal diseases, nature does

When sickness strikes, the most common and easiest path is to visit a doctor, then a pharmacist, and taking pills. But the truth is that drugs do not cure diseases, nature does. Now do not misunderstand. I am not saying there is no place for qualified physicians, pharmacists, and medication, especially in emergency situations, but prescription drugs are often abused. Generally, they merely alleviate symptoms of a problem, but do not touch the root of the disease. The side effects of drugs accumulates year after year with long-term drugs causing damage to the organs and body resulting in liver and kidney failures commonly seen today. Worse still, the original problem may deepen while the pill popper does not feel a thing.
Generally speaking, painful symptoms are warning signals that something is wrong and should be corrected. If a man's lungs ache because he's addicted to cigarettes, he needs more than a pill to soothe the pain. Instead, he should quit smoking. If he does, he will be on the path of regaining his health.

Natural healing takes time

Back to plants: seeds planted in a garden do not produce food overnight. It is the same with human health. By resolutely removing the choking weeds of nasty habits, and by replacing them with good ones, eventually, as surely as ripe fruits appear on cultivated vines, we also shall reap a rich harvest of improved health.
By practicing healthy habits and obeying natural laws, aches and pains can vanish, rashes and sores can clear up, breathing can improve, elasticity increases, bones move more easily, circulation quickens, blood pressure drops, breath sweetens, brain fog lifts, and memory once again can become as sharp as a tack. Even cancerous tumors can disintegrate and vanish.

"A merry heart doeth good like a medicine"

My dear friends, whether you are a sceptic or a believer, when you have gratitude, love and forgiveness, you are healthier and live longer. A merry heart doeth good like a medicine, because when you are happy, the body secretes good hormones to defend against sickness and causes your immunity to become stronger. On the contrary, when people are depressed, pessimistic and malicious, the body secretes harmful hormones resulting in lower immunity which leaves the body at risk of diseases.

In conclusion, most physical sickness results from a sick soul. When we are depressed, out of luck, and suffering, we lose our health. However, we can be restored by seeking health, peace and perfection in the character in Jesus, the great physician.
